The Financial Times theorizes that even if Kerry became President there will be No French or German turn on Iraq . Here’s an interesting quote from the article:
There is no sign that the German public, which loathes the US president, would accept risking German lives to salvage what is widely seen as Mr Bush’s botched war.
Good they put it as ‘loathes the president’ because it is not the country as some might think with all the bashing going on. I had no idea though that this is perceived as such abroad.
