Yet another holiday of doing nothing, enjoying doing nothing and doing more of doing nothing.

I made the cheese-things again for the party yesterday, did not make them in ages and there were sooo many.

Here’s the recipe for the Cheese Puffs (?):

115g flower, 115g Butter, 4 eggs, 125ml water, salt, cayenne pepper, mustard, 75g gruyére, some chives (?) … So take the water and the butter and let it cook for a minute. Then add the flower, the salt, the pepper and the mustard. Let the mass heat for a couple minutes. Remove it from the heat and let it cool down 5 minutes or so. Then one by one add the eggs. Beat the last egg before you add it spoon by spoon. Last add the cheese and the chives both cut into small pieces. Take to spoons and make small heaps of the mass on a baking tray. Bake them for around 15 minutes at 200°C until they get this nice brownish color.

I used to make them for every party we went to. I hope I did not forget anything in the recipe.
